Access to all the personal information collected at Ascentx is restricted to personnel who have a need to know such information in order to provide you the services or who otherwise need to utilize this information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Ascentx is committed to treat every personal information with due care and in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.

All personal information collected via various sources is considered “Confidential Information.” Please note that the Ascentx Website & other services does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under 18 years of age.
